The company offers no warranty that you will make money or achieve a financial goal using their methods. All results depend entirely on the individual user's effort, resources, skills, and knowledge — not on the company.

Forward-looking statements about potential income are opinions only, with no guaranteed results. Users must conduct independent research before participating in Forex or cryptocurrency activities, as significant financial risks exist.

Users acknowledge full responsibility for all trading orders and accept the risk of substantial capital losses. The company will not be held responsible for losses, regardless of size.

Relationship Between Parties

The relationship between Acclr8 and learners is voluntary — a mentor-to-student educational arrangement. This relationship is:

Non-transferable once established
Not a financial advisory relationship despite discussing economic topics
Educational in nature, not constituting brokerage or investment management services

Users recognize that becoming a broker or financial advisor requires government licensing, which Acclr8 does not provide.

Commitment of Parties

Acclr8 commits to:

Offering educational seminars, trainings, forums, and specialized instruction via virtual, in-person, live, or recorded formats
Safeguarding personal data provided during registration and payment
Employing innovative teaching methodologies including workshops, videoconferences, and personalized sessions
Providing technical support Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST via support@acclr8.net
Offering conflict resolution mechanisms including mediation and formal complaint procedures

Learners/Members/Subscribers commit to:

Maintaining professional conduct, ethical behavior, and respect in all interactions
Completing educational modules within established timeframes
Paying applicable fees
Protecting proprietary data with reasonable care — maintaining confidentiality for five years after the relationship ends
Using tools appropriately for personal, non-commercial learning only

Access & Use of Educational Tools

Members must access tools responsibly for personal educational purposes only. Unethical, illegal, or unprofessional behavior triggers administrative procedures and potential sanctions.

Available tools and services:

Web portal (www.acclr8.net and www.acclr8.com): Account creation, material access, publication of resources
Mobile/desktop applications: Additional access mechanisms for educational materials and community interaction
Educational modules: Structured learning on diverse topics
Discussion forums and blogs: Group reflection and professional discourse
Interactive videoconferences: Real-time simultaneous transmission of image, sound, and data
Mentorship: Specialized guidance from subject matter experts
Seminars: Short-duration topic presentations

Express Recognition

Users expressly acknowledge:

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Acclr8.

No framing or capture of logos, trademarks, or proprietary information.
Misuse violates terms; third-party app access grants permission to those providers.
Users assume all risks from third-party services.
Acclr8 is an independent informational website — users should not base investment decisions solely on this content.
No reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with security mechanisms.
Users are fully responsible for executed orders, pending orders, and any resulting losses or regulatory actions.
Trading gains can be substantial but losses can be severe; users accept responsibility for all outcomes.
Past performance does not indicate future results.
Acclr8 makes no guarantee of profitability.
The company is not liable for losses, errors, omissions, or information inaccuracies from unreliable sources.
Users are solely responsible for computer damage or data loss.

Representations should not be taken out of context or contrary to the company's stated mission.
Users must not copy, duplicate, or repurpose Acclr8 materials without written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

Acclr8 prohibits and will investigate:

Degrading, insulting, harassing, stalking, or threatening others
Physical or verbal aggression
Intellectual dishonesty and material fraud
Lack of personal or professional integrity
Imposture and unauthorized platform access
Copying, altering, or appropriating Acclr8 materials
Reselling access or sharing accounts with third parties
Publishing libelous, obscene, or disruptive content
Interference with platform operations
Any conduct constituting a crime under Florida state law
Any behavior undermining the learning environment or Acclr8' reputation

Consequences may include:

Subscription limitation or cancellation
Tool access restriction or cancellation
Referral to law enforcement agencies

Complaints & Grievances

Members with complaints must contact the Compliance Division at compliance@acclr8.net within ten calendar days of the incident.

Disputes between members may proceed to mediation if both parties consent.
Acts threatening community health or integrity may result in immediate membership termination.
After investigation, the Compliance Division issues a final, non-appealable decision.

ZION AI Platform — General AI Assistant, Automated Trading & AI Services

ZION AI (“ZION,” “the Platform”) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product — a general-purpose artificial intelligence assistant powered by large language models. ZION is automation software, not a broker, financial advisor, asset manager, or financial intermediary of any kind. ZION does not hold, custody, or manage user funds. ZION does not make independent investment decisions. All strategies are user-created, user-configured, and user-deployed. Users maintain full control over their connected brokerage accounts at all times.

ZION can be used for open-ended conversation, research, education, creative tasks, coding assistance, content generation, and any other purpose supported by the underlying AI models. In addition to general AI capabilities, ZION integrates specialized features including automated strategy design, Expert Advisor (EA) generation, broker connectivity, financial data visualization, tax planning tools, and voice interaction. The following terms govern all use of ZION AI and its associated features.

ACCLR8 IS NOT A BROKER, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, INVESTMENT ADVISOR, PORTFOLIO MANAGER, TAX ADVISOR, ATTORNEY, OR LICENSED PROFESSIONAL OF ANY KIND. ZION AI IS A TECHNOLOGY TOOL — NOT A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL. ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

AI-Generated Output & Accuracy

ZION AI produces output using artificial intelligence models. All AI-generated content — including but not limited to general conversational responses, research summaries, creative content, code, educational materials, trading strategies, Expert Advisors, market analysis, backtesting results, tax planning spreadsheets, and any other output — is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You must independently evaluate all output for accuracy and appropriateness before acting on it. ZION AI may produce responses that sound confident but are factually wrong.
AI output does not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or therapeutic advice. No AI-generated content should be treated as a substitute for consultation with qualified, licensed professionals.
For trading-specific outputs: past backtesting results, simulated performance, and historical analysis do not guarantee or indicate future results. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and does not reflect actual trading.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any output before acting on it — whether that means deploying a trading strategy to live markets, using generated code in production, relying on research for decisions, or any other use.
ZION AI does not have access to real-time information unless explicitly connected to a live data source. General conversational responses may reflect training data that is outdated or incomplete.

ZION AI Is Not a Financial Intermediary

A financial intermediary is an entity that sits between parties in a financial transaction — handling, holding, routing, or controlling the flow of funds. Brokers, custodians, clearing houses, and payment processors are intermediaries. ZION AI is none of these.

No custody or control of funds: User funds remain at the user's brokerage account at all times. Funds never pass through ZION, Acclr8 servers, or any Acclr8-controlled account. There is zero flow of funds through Acclr8 at any point in the process. Acclr8 does not hold, transmit, pool, or have access to user capital.
Software relay, not intermediation: ZION functions as a software automation tool — comparable to a MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA), a trading script, or a broker's own mobile application. It relays user-defined instructions to the user's own broker account via third-party APIs. The software does not sit “between” the user and their broker in any financial capacity — it is a tool the user operates to communicate with their own account.
No independent decision-making: ZION does not exercise discretion over any financial decision. Unlike a broker (who determines best execution) or a portfolio manager (who selects investments), ZION is a passive tool that follows user-defined rules. The user creates the strategy, configures the parameters, activates automation, and can disable it at any time. ZION does not independently analyze, recommend, or initiate any action without explicit user configuration.

In summary: Acclr8 is a software vendor. ZION AI is a SaaS product. The user's money, the user's broker, the user's strategy, the user's responsibility. Acclr8 provides the software tool — nothing more.

Automated Strategy Deployment

ZION AI enables you to design strategies and deploy them as automated systems on your own brokerage account. By using these features, you acknowledge the following:

User-defined strategies: All automated strategies are built according to your specifications, criteria, and parameters. Acclr8 builds and facilitates the deployment of your systems based on your criteria. Acclr8 does not independently select, recommend, or endorse any strategy.
Software automation: ZION AI is a software tool that relays your configured strategy instructions to your connected broker account via third-party APIs. Acclr8 acts solely as a software provider and does not exercise discretion over your decisions. Acclr8 does not hold, transmit, or custody any user funds. All funds remain at your brokerage at all times.
Sole responsibility: YOUR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON ZION AI, INCLUDING ALL STRATEGIES YOU DESIGN, TEST, AND DEPLOY, ARE YOUR OWN FOR WHICH YOU HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY. All orders placed, pending orders, and any resulting profits or losses are solely your responsibility.
Risk of total loss: YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR INVESTED CAPITAL. Automated systems carry unique risks including but not limited to connectivity failures, system malfunctions, market gaps, liquidity issues, and unforeseen market conditions.
Monitoring obligation: You are responsible for establishing continuous monitoring and alerting mechanisms for your automated systems, including safeguards against connectivity issues, power loss, system failures, and abnormal market conditions.
No performance guarantee: Acclr8 makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee that any automated strategy will be profitable, perform as backtested, or avoid losses.

Expert Advisors (EAs) & Custom Algorithms

ZION AI can generate Expert Advisors and custom trading algorithms based on your instructions. You acknowledge that:

EAs are generated based on your specifications and may contain errors, bugs, or unintended behavior. You must thoroughly test all EAs in demo or simulated environments before live deployment.
Acclr8 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or unintended trades resulting from EA operation, including but not limited to coding errors, logic flaws, or environmental incompatibilities.
EAs operate according to programmatic rules and cannot account for all market conditions, black swan events, or broker-specific execution policies.
You are solely responsible for the performance, testing, deployment, and supervision of any EA generated through ZION AI.

Broker Connections & Third-Party Integrations

ZION AI integrates with third-party services to provide its features. By connecting your accounts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Broker Connections (MetaAPI)

When you connect your brokerage account through MetaAPI or similar services, you authorize Acclr8 to access your account data and relay your strategy instructions to your broker according to your configured parameters. Acclr8 is not responsible for MetaAPI availability, data accuracy, order processing delays, slippage, or any broker-side errors. Your relationship with your broker is governed by your broker's own terms and conditions.

Market Data (TradingView)

Market data displayed through TradingView or similar integrations is provided for informational purposes only. Acclr8 does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of market data and is not liable for decisions made based on such data.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Acclr8 does not store your complete payment card information.

Cryptocurrency Services (Coinbase, Binance, CoinGecko)

Cryptocurrency data, pricing, and exchange integrations are provided through third-party APIs including Coinbase, Binance, and CoinGecko. Acclr8 does not control, guarantee, or assume liability for cryptocurrency pricing accuracy, exchange availability, transaction execution, or regulatory compliance of these third-party services. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, unregulated in many jurisdictions, and carry substantial risk of total loss.

Bank Account Connections (Plaid)

Bank account connectivity is facilitated through Plaid Inc. and is subject to Plaid's end-user privacy policy and terms. By connecting your bank account, you authorize Plaid to access your financial data and share it with Acclr8 for the purposes you have specified. Acclr8 does not store your bank login credentials. Acclr8 is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or security of data provided by Plaid, and Plaid's aggregate liability is governed by Plaid's own terms.

Voice Services (ElevenLabs)

Voice interaction features are powered by ElevenLabs and are subject to their terms of service. Voice interactions are processed by third-party AI systems and may be recorded for quality and functionality purposes. You should not share sensitive financial information through voice features unless specifically prompted within a secure workflow.

General third-party disclaimer: Acclr8 cannot vouch for any third party involved in the provision of its services. Each third-party provider operates under its own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. You assume all risks arising from the use of third-party services accessed through ZION AI. Acclr8 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from third-party service interruptions, errors, data breaches, or policy changes.

Tax Planning & Financial Reports

ZION AI may generate tax planning spreadsheets, profit/loss compilations, and financial reports based on your trading data. You expressly acknowledge that:

Tax-related output is generated for informational and organizational purposes only and does not constitute tax advice, tax preparation services, or professional accounting.
Acclr8 is not a certified public accountant, enrolled agent, tax preparer, or licensed tax professional. You must consult a qualified tax professional before making any tax-related decisions or filing any tax returns.
AI-generated tax calculations may contain errors, may not account for all applicable deductions, credits, or tax rules specific to your jurisdiction, and may not reflect the most current tax laws or regulations.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any tax filings, regardless of whether ZION AI was used to generate supporting materials.
Acclr8 assumes no liability for penalties, interest, underpayments, or other consequences arising from the use of AI-generated tax planning materials.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCLR8, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ZION AI, AUTOMATED TRADING FEATURES, EXPERT ADVISORS, TAX PLANNING TOOLS, OR ANY OTHER SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ACCLR8 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Acclr8' total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the use of ZION AI shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total fees paid by you to Acclr8 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100.00).

This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, and any other legal or equitable theory.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Acclr8, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of ZION AI and any automated trading systems; (b) any trading strategy you design, test, or deploy; (c) any EA or algorithm generated at your request; (d) your violation of these terms; (e) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations; (f) any third-party claim arising from your use of connected broker accounts, bank accounts, or financial services; or (g) your use of AI-generated tax planning materials for filing or compliance purposes.

Assumption of Risk

By using ZION AI and its associated services, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

Trading in foreign exchange (Forex), cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
Automated trading systems carry unique risks including technological failures, connectivity interruptions, algorithmic errors, and market conditions that may cause significant or total loss of capital.
AI technology is inherently imperfect and may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
Past performance, including backtested or simulated results, is not indicative of future performance. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations including hindsight bias and the inability to account for real-world execution conditions.
You have the financial resources to bear potential losses and have not been induced to use these services by any guarantees, projections, or promises of profit from Acclr8.
You will not hold Acclr8 responsible for any losses resulting from the use of its AI services, automated trading features, Expert Advisors, or any other tools or services, regardless of the circumstances or cause of such losses.

Legal Warnings & Reservations

Acclr8 maintains a non-discrimination policy and reserves all legal rights as permitted under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
